This is one of Tim's favourite logos. Tim uses the gym and his weight lifting as a form of medication for his mental health. Tim believes physical health and mental health go hand in hand. Whatever stresses or anxiety he deals with can be "lifted" when he hits the weights and the gym. Any form of physical activity can stimulate the mind and endorphins, wether it be lifting, running, yoga, meditation or jumping in a pool and doing some laps its the recharge/self time each of us needs. No cell phones, no emails, no text messages. Its just you and your body and mind bettering itself and recharging those endorphins. So just "LIFT THE FOG OFF"
