I propose that "don't be a dick" is a mediocre jedi mind trick. Easy to adopt. I suspect that it does work at times which is what makes it mediocre. You just point at somebody, say "don't be a dick" and sometimes, some weak minded twit will actually obey because they don't want to be thought of as a dick. To make the world a better place, millions of people will have to!
